New to 6ix Cycle? What to Expect:

1. Arrive early!

New riders should aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time to allow our staff to get you properly set up on the bike and answer any questions you may have.

2. Come dressed for success… ready to sweat!

We take care of the rest: shoes, towels, lockers, showers, toiletries and a filtered water tap are provided.

3. Leave your expectations at the door

The spin room is a safe space and the opportunity to let go and completely lose yourself. Open your mind and your heart to new experiences and challenges.

4. Work hard, play hard

Come prepared to push yourself, to challenge limits and break rules. If it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you!

5. You are in control of your bike & workout

Our classes are for ALL fitness levels (beginner to advanced).  You can work as hard as you want and take breaks as needed.

 

6. Energy!

The energy in the room is a collective of all participants so keep your energy high and positive! Even the hardest workout becomes a little easier with a smile on your face.

7. Squad Leaders & Staff are here to help!

We're here to answer any questions you may have about the class so please don’t hesitate to ask for help if you need it.

8. Loud music, low lights

We have ear plugs at the front if you have sensitive hearing.

9. This is a space for self-improvement

This is a space for self-improvement, you are here to become the best possible version of yourself. Set intentions and goals and the results will follow.

10. Have your own cycling shoes?

Feel free to wear them! We use LOOK Keo clips and pedals.
